We do our best to provide a positive experience but can’t guarantee perfection. Use our Services at your own risk. We’re not liable for any losses or damages beyond the amount you paid for the product or service (up to $500).

We hope it never comes to this, but if there’s a legal disagreement:

- You agree first to try to resolve it informally with us.

- If needed, disputes will be handled through individual arbitration (not class action) in Kentucky, USA.

- EU users may be subject to local consumer laws, which may override this.
